A limited number of towels are provided for guests with bed, table, or cabana reservations.
Guests with entry tickets do not receive towels, however there may be a limited amount for use on the day. Personal towels are not permitted inside the venue.
Towels can be purchased from the O Beach Boutique – please retain your purchase receipt if you wish to take your towel home.
Yes – lockers are available inside the day club for guests to use at a cost of €10 per day. Each locker includes a complimentary phone charger, and you may open and close it as many times as you like throughout the day.
Please ask a Host on the day to show you where the lockers are located.
No – food and drink (including water) purchased elsewhere cannot be brought inside the day club. This also applies to items from the THB Ocean Beach Hotel/BONITO.
If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please contact the day club in advance of your visit so we can review and accommodate your request where possible.
Your waiter will process the remaining balance upon your arrival at your bed or table.
Payment can be made by card or cash on the day.

O Beach Ibiza reserves the right to refuse admission for unsuitable attire. Prohibited items and clothing include, but are not limited to:
• Body paint, fancy dress, or novelty costumes
• Hen and stag accessories such as veils, crowns, sashes, or matching t-shirts/clothing
• Novelty or themed footwear
• Props of any kind, including inflatables
Guests are expected to dress appropriately for a daytime pool environment. Swimwear must be worn when entering the pool, and footwear is required at all times when moving around the venue.
All guests must wear suitable footwear upon arrival and are required to depart the venue respectfully dressed.Sporting team tops are strictly prohibited.
Clothing displaying offensive language, imagery, or symbols will not be permitted.

Umbrellas are not guaranteed in the Sunset Lounge Area. All other Beds and Tables do have umbrellas subject to weather conditions.
Beds are made up of a Minimum Spend plus a cover charge. The minimum spend means the minimum amount of money you need to spend on that day to secure the bed. This can be
spent on food & drink of your choice.
The cover charge is what you pay to hire the bed for the day.
The deposit paid to secure the bed is deducted from the total cost of the booking, For example, if the bed has a 100€ cover charge and 600€ minimum spend, the total cost of the
bed is 700€ and you receive 600€ back to spend on food and drink of your choice.
*Please note that Ibiza Spray Events operate under special pricing and packages that differ
from standard events.
May & September Ibiza Spray Events include a cover charge, minimum spend, and cava package, which provides a set number of cava bottles based on the number of guests per
table or bed.
June, July & August Ibiza Spray Events include a Champagne Package, combining cava, champagne, and a minimum spend. These packages are fixed and cannot be altered or
exchanged.

Guests staying at THB Ocean Beach Hotel who have booked their stay via obeachibiza.com or thbhotels.com will receive free entry to O Beach Ibiza from Monday to Sunday by showing their hotel wristband at the door of the venue upon entry.
Guests booking directly via O Beach website or THB website staying at Naeco or Los Molinos will receive 50% discounted entry Monday to Sunday plus one complimentary drinks ticket per person, per visit.
Offer only applies when paying at the door on the day of the event and showing their hotel wristband. The same applies for any guests booking at any of the THB hotels via a third
party.

We’ll always do our best to honour your chosen bed or table. However, occasionally, for operational, safety, or event-related reasons, we may need to move your reservation to another suitable area within the venue.
If this happens, we’ll ensure your new placement is as comparable as possible, but please note this does not qualify for a refund or compensation.

All restaurant bookings are subject to a cost of €75 per person.
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable prepayment of €50 per person is required at the time of booking.
This prepayment is split as follows:
€25 covers your entry fee.
€25 is credited towards your restaurant minimum spend.
The remaining €25 per person to complete the €50 minimum spend is payable on the day at the restaurant.

It is NOT permitted to leave and re-enter. You will be charged the full door/ entry price if you leave and wish to return.
Unfortunately, the Champagne Packages for Ibiza Spray events cannot be altered or customised. However, you’re welcome to purchase additional drinks from our regular menu on the day to complement your package.

We do like to make guests aware that there are circular water jets built into the pool edge that activate periodically. To keep your belongings safe and dry, we recommend storing any valuables in the lockers provided. This is also outlined in our venue terms and conditions.
By entering the venue, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include consent to being photographed or filmed while on the premises. We have in-house photographers and videographers present for certain events (though not all).

You’re welcome to bring a small personal camera into the venue; however, large-lens or SLR cameras are not permitted. Unauthorised video cameras are also not allowed at any time. At O Beach Ibiza, a discretionary 10% service charge is added to all final bills as a gratuity.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to select a specific Lounge Area in advance. All Lounge Areas are allocated on arrival by our Host and Hostess team.
If you’re looking to sunbathe, we recommend booking a bed suitable for this purpose in advance, as guests are not permitted to lie on the grass or around the pool area.

O Beach Ibiza is recognised as an accepted establishment for spending cryptocurrency.
Please note, we do not receive cryptocurrency directly nor assume any risk related to currency value fluctuations.
Payments are processed through Bitnovo, who convert the cryptocurrency into euros and
deposit the equivalent value directly into our bank account’s.
Guests who require medication (including insulin or temperature-sensitive treatments) are welcome to inform staff on arrival or in advance of their visit.
Security will provide clear guidance on the available options for medication, which can either be:
• Kept on the guest’s person entirely at their own risk and responsibility, or
• Stored securely with our on-site medical team in the infirmary, where refrigeration is available if needed.
Guests may access the infirmary at any time if they wish to store or self-administer medication privately.
We launch our bed bookings in November each year. We always recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment, as preferred areas and dates often sell out closer to the time.
